While emailAI is free we do actively encourage users to register it to aid in future development and marketing. The only difference between the registered and non registered version is that a tag line is added to outgoing validation requests in the non registered version pointing to www.emailAI.com.

Refunds

Software Development will not authorise refunds for this product after registering as their is no requirement to register unless you are 100% happy with the product, nor is their any kind of of limited evaluation period. We do ask though that you fully evaluate the software and do not pay unless you are happy with it. Refunds and the processing charges involved just cost us unnecessary transaction fees. Please remember the software is free and registering is an option and not necessary to experience any of the functionality of emailAI. Registering just removes the tag line from outgoing validation requests pointing to the emailAI.com web site. That said we do appreciate people who do register as it helps us to continue to develop the product and increases our marketing resources to let more people experience the benefits of emailAI.

Option A

Register a domain name and point the Mail Exchange Record directly to your computer running emailAI with a backup POP mail box.

This allows optimum spam protection as emailAI will refuse delivery of mail to people on your black list stopping SPAM before it can even be delivered. If you computer is off or emailAI is not running it would be delivered to your backup POP mailbox for later collection by emailAI.

Option B

Register a domain name and setup a catch all mailbox where emailAI can collect email from for distribution to individuals at your home or workplace.

• $125USD / year Optional Web Site Hosting Add On

A collect all mail box means that all email addressed to your domain name regardless of the name before the @ sign be collected. You can then setup emailAI to distribute the emails collected into different POP mail box for collection by your email clients based on the name before the @ sign. Ie fred@mydomain.com, steve@mydomain.com, george@mydomain.com and so on.

Domain name registration supports .net, .com or .org based domain names. Domain names with other extensions may incur additional charges.
