emailAI is not only a great way to stop 100% of your spam but also an invaluable mail tool, bringing Artificial Intelligence to your email. Whether you're an individual user or a large company, emailAI adds scalability and functionality to your email processing while, at the same time, allowing you to continue using your current email clients.

Email Acceleration

SMTP Server
  Allows for direct receipt of emails by your computer via a DNS MX record. Allows relaying of outbound emails, which can actually accelerate your normal email client's processing due to emailAI's multiple connection technology. emailAI can also automatically white list anyone you send emails to, avoiding the need for recipients to go through a challenge / response process if they reply to you.
   
POP Server
  Allows you to have a POP Email Server on your computer. You can either distribute received emails into individual POP mailboxes based on the recipient's email address for delivery to different family members or employees or act as a "catchall" mailbox for retrieval by a single email client.
   
Email Ringtones
  Allows you to assign a different audio wave file to play depending on who an email was addressed to or who an email was from. This allows you to be able to "hear" how important or who an email was from.
   
emailAI Junior – Notification Tool
 

emailAI Junior can be loaded onto the computer running emailAI or to other computers around your network. It will notify you by a discreet popup when a new email has been delivered and who it was from, while at the same time playing any Email Ringtones you might have assigned in emailAI on your local workstation.

emailAI Junior can be set to monitor a single email address or multiple.

  emailAI has an attractive and easy to use Graphical User Interface, including easy to use icon toolbars, a nicely contoured main interface and attractive, easy to follow wizards.
   
Quick Setup – Smart Wizards
  emailAI's easy to use wizards to get you up and running quickly. Included are a quick start wizard, POP account wizard, SMTP (outgoing mail) server wizard and a hotmail account wizard.
   
Advanced SPAM Management
  emailAI includes a core based Challenge / Response engine which is highly configurable depending on your choices. Different Validation Requests can be set to different email accounts, different validation options, quick validation system, automatic emailAI to emailAI user validation system and much more.
   
Attachment Filing System
  emailAI can be set to automatically remove attachments from incoming emails and file them in a directory you chose by the senders email addresses. The original attachment in the email is replaced with a link to where the attachment is saved as well as a direct link to open the attachment. This not only makes your attachments much easier to find in the future but also saves disk space (attachments in emails generally take up double the space of one that is saved.)
   
Attachment Removal
  Most viruses are spread via email attachments. You can help prevent the damaging effects of viruses by using emailAI's Attachment Removal feature. Attachment removal removes attachments based on their extension (e.g. .lnk, .pif, .bat, .exe, .vbs, .scr.). The attachment extension list is easily managed to include only the attachments you wish removed.
   
POP Server Collection
  emailAI can retrieve emails from an unlimited number of POP mailboxes simultaneously. So, if a large email is being downloaded from account A, account B email will still come in even while account A is being processed.
   
Hotmail / MSN mail collection
  emailAI can retrieve and remove SPAM from Hotmail & MSN based accounts. Your email client (e.g. Outlook , Outlook Express etc.) can then retrieve your SPAM free email from emailAI.

Advanced Delivery Options
  emailAI can be configured to forward email to an internal email server after processing. This would typically be used in a situation where you have a Microsoft Exchange or similar mail server running but wish to use the advanced features of emailAI before the emails hit your internal mail server.

  emailAI will work with any email client capable of POP mail retrieval.
   
Database Engine

Delivery Receipts
  emailAI can send delivery receipts to let senders know you have successfully received their email. Delivery Receipts can be set on a per email account basis.
   
Automatic Management
  emailAI manages its internal Validation Queues, White List, Black List, Spam Queues and Delivered Queues automatically with little or no user intervention required.
   
Keyword System
  emailAI can be configured to bypass its challenge / response protocol if it identifies specific keywords in emails. Basically, if an email contains a keyword specified by you, it will be automatically accepted for delivery and the sender's email address will be white listed for all future correspondence. For instance, if you set your company name or even your own name as a keyword, any emails containing those words will be automatically accepted. Typically, spam will not be addressed to your personal or company name.
   
Email History
  emailAI retains a history of every email it processes. You can refer to this history to determine why an email was delivered or detected as spam. Email History will also show you the route the email took to get to your computer.
   
Advanced Logs
  emailAI tracks four different logs with a user definable back buffer - POP Server, SMTP Server, Errors and a General Log.
   
Mail Forwarding
  emailAI can automatically forward validated emails to your chosen destination while, at the same time, optionally prefixing the subject line and/or keeping a local copy.

This allows optimum spam protection as emailAI will refuse delivery of mail to people on your black list stopping SPAM before it can even be delivered. If you computer is off or emailAI is not running it would be delivered to your backup POP mailbox for later collection by emailAI.

  Register a domain name and setup a catch all mailbox where emailAI can collect email from for distribution to individuals at your home or workplace.

A collect all mail box means that all email addressed to your domain name regardless of the name before the @ sign be collected. You can then setup emailAI to distribute the emails collected into different POP mail box for collection by your email clients based on the name before the @ sign. Ie fred@mydomain.com, steve@mydomain.com, george@mydomain.com and so on.

Domain name registration supports .net, .com or .org based domain names. Domain names with other extensions may incur additional charges.
